L2 Aviation supports the design, development, and integration of Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) kits for avionics programs, including eEnabled systems, cockpit flat panel upgrades, SATCOM, and NextGen ATN technologies.nnSTC and PMA kits are designed and fabricated to match specific aircraft configurations, ensuring compatibility with installation and operational requirements. Materials and components are manufactured to industry standards to support consistent system performance.

Build to Print and In-House Manufacturing
L2 Aviation maintains in-house manufacturing capability for STC kits and related components.nnThis includes fabrication of replacement wire segments, wire bundles, higher level wiring assemblies, and associated brackets required to support in-service aircraft and resolve identified discrepancies.

FAA Certified Manufacturing and PMA Support
Manufacturing activities are supported by L2 Aviation’s FAA Part 145 Repair Station L2ZR265X and Parts Manufacturing Approval PMA.nnParts are produced under established quality systems with support from engineering and RAMS teams. When required, components may also be fabricated and certified through engineering orders with applicable FAA Form 8110 or equivalent approvals for non-standard repairs.
