Dripping Springs, Texas – December 12, 2018 – L2 is pleased to announce the new Manager of Program Management, David Hoey. David has continuously demonstrated the skills and attributes required to be successful in his management role. Additionally, David has used his vast knowledge of the Military/Government acquisition process to help L2 make inroads into that market.

The Program Manager is the primary point of contact for each project both internally and with the customer. This position is responsible for managing all phases of assigned projects as a typical project includes engineering development, prototype manufacturing, an aircraft installation, FAA certification, and transition to production.

Kevin Paul, L2 Vice President of Engineering noted, “Since David started his career at L2, he has always been a key-player and top-performer. As Manager of Program Management, he will ensure L2’s network of partners and customers continue to be wowed by our high-quality of products and services. David will also continue to lead our efforts into the Military/Government market.”

David joined L2 five years ago and brought with him extensive experience in program management and leadership skills from his career as an Air Force Officer and in the private sector. Throughout his five years at L2, David has successfully managed many complex projects, taken on increased responsibilities in the department.
