Customer Support is a Cornerstone of Our Success
 

L2 was founded in response to client demand for an organization that would service and support their requirements unlike any other organization in the industry. We took that demand to heart and formulated a company that not only works smartly and does an incomparable job but always goes the extra step to ensure that our customers are supported. Our company mission is very clear “Deliver Solutions to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week”.

We realize that support can take many forms, often as simple as answering questions posed by a field technician from your organization. We treat every support opportunity as a chance to demonstrate the commitment and concern we have for our customers. We have taken a proactive approach to many of the common customer support issues such as data transfer and availability via our Collaborative Information Systems. This proprietary system is used as a central repository for all project related information including design materials, installation documents and other technical reference data.
