Program Management

When managing programs, we work with the customer to determine the appropriate mix of on-site and off-site resources. In addition, we provide installation teams of select professionals that work remotely at the aircraft, thereby essentially creating an extension of a customer’s maintenance and design departments. The objective is to assemble an expert team at a reasonable cost.

Here are some specific examples of what we do:

    Program management
    Design support (on-site and remote)
    Prototype design and installation
Supplemental type certificate (STC) design and certification
    STC deviation design support
    Wiring harness manufacturing
    Operator department training and familiarization
    Subsequent system support

Overall, we offer a proven process for airlines to upgrade the avionics systems in their aircraft while limiting, if not eliminating, the opportunity costs associated with aircraft down-time. In working with our customers, we schedule an upgrade, such as the installation of a flight management system, or RVSM compliant digital air data system, at a time when the aircraft is not on flight status, such as a weekend or during a maintenance check. And because we can send the crews to the aircraft, a customer can save ferrying costs.

Our Approach
"We focus on working around the customer's operational schedule, rather than having the customers' work around the installation schedule"
