Team
Mark originally started L2 in the summer of 1997 and has seen it grow
into one of the foremost avionics integration and installation companies
in the world. He handles the majority of the marketing and top-level management
efforts at L2. With a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mark
continues work as a highly-experience systems engineer, passing on techniques
and methods to others within the company.
Another of the original employees at L2, Jeff focuses on the optimum performance management of large avionics integration projects and has implemented or created many of the internal processes and procedures that are in still place at L2 today. Jeff has handled the organization and project management of numerous prototype installations and engineering projects. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering
Michelle is responsible for managing the financial operations of L2. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, she manages the books on the financial and accounting side of the company, always ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks!.
Many of the process flow and tracking processes in the manufacturing and fabrication areas of L2 can be attributed to the experience Johnny brings to our team. With over a decade of production experience to complement his prior nine years of instrument repair, Johnny is spearheading efforts to institute processes that include the proven uses of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen quality control practices, and project planning techniques throughout various departments of L2.
Gary is an Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic holding an Inspection Authorization since 1981 & 1987 respectively. He is a Private Pilot and has been involved in avionics engineering with 2 avionics manufacturers for 13 years prior to L2. A former Airline Inspector, Gary has worked directly for 5 Airlines directly and 7 as others as a contractor. As a former DAS Inspector, Gary has a good background in STC and PMA approvals. He is proficient in both avionics interfacing and avionics related sheet metal involvements.
Tina brings her many years of experience in business planning and manufacturing support to L2 and excels as the focal point for multiple internal operations including internal web and information systems support, vendor relations, document control, and project coordination. Additionally, Tina has recently been named to the position of Training Coordinator for L2's Part 145 operations. Tina has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Husejin brings over 18
years of combined experience to L2. He has worked on a wide
range of aircraft beginning with the Army's rotor-wing fleet.
His civil aviation experience includes: general aviation,
corporate, commuter and wide-body aircraft. He manages the
base operation repair station for L2. He deals with much
of the logistical support for remote operations, oversees
the calibration and safety programs, coordinates in-house
production of harnesses in accordance with customer specifications,
and meets with vendor, customer, and governmental representatives.
Husejin has a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language.
John brings L2 over twenty
years of avionics and aircraft acquisition experience. He
specializes in high-end avionics installations and troubleshooting
in addition to having been a Liaison Engineer at British
Aerospace for many years.
Having quickly developed into a core installation team member, Anthony leverages his dedication quality and team attitude in handling many of the structural installation challenges. In addition, he has grown to excel in the troubleshooting and repair of aircraft Pitot-static systems. Anthony has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Maintenance Management.
With over 8 years of experience in the aviation industry, Tim is a proven asset that has been integral in the establishment of L2's fabrication and road support operations. In addition to setting standards, establishing tooling and equipment organizational systems, and instituting FAA-compliant fabrication standards, Tim also supports various avionics installations in the field.
Lee leads all of the structures-related
efforts on L2's modifications. His ability to perform high-quality
repairs and installations complements his abilities in assisting
with on-site engineering and deviation documentation. His
experience with primary aircraft structure on a variety
of airframes remains an integral part of L2's modification
capabilities.
Dan's three decades of
experience in the aviation industry complement his extremely
hard work ethic to provide a substantial asset to L2. Dan's
primary areas of focus with the company are structural installations,
harness routing, testing of systems, creation of customer-requested
kits, and inspection of all of the above
As a Liaison Engineer, Jim has developed into one of the company's primary experts in the areas of troubleshooting chronic aircraft problems, creation of supporting documentation for work performed on the aircraft, and finding innovative ways to meet the engineering needs of our customers. Additionally, Jim has developed into L2's primary DFDR correlation and mapping guru.
