Our
experience in the field modifying and repairing
airplanes has exposed us to many different levels of
manufacturing quality. In fact, in 1999, it drove us to
create our own manufacturing capability to ensure the
speed and quality of the items we were to install. Since
that time we have manufactured thousands of wiring
harnesses for innumerable applications alongside a wide
variety of specialized test equipment and integration
kits.
Having received FAA Parts Manufacturer’s Approval (PMA)
certification,
L2 now
offers build-to-print STC/PMA kits and manufacturing to
many of our clients for replacement parts for their
airframe. When it is no longer feasible or financially
responsible to secure your replacement parts from an
aircraft manufacturer or other aftermarket sources,
L2
provides a proven, cost effective option. Our custom
design engineering capabilities allow us to engineer the
replacement parts to the exacting specifications
required for regulatory approval.
Our qualified and proficient avionics technicians have
the knowledge and skills to take on the most challenging
of projects from customer specific designs
(build-to-print) to fully integrated systems. We strive
to meet our customer requirements and deadlines to
