L2 has performed hundreds upon hundreds of avionics systems installations. The aircraft type and operator has changed, the type of equipment being installed has changed. The physical location of the aircraft being modified has changed, sometimes at an MRO, sometimes at an outstation. Every variable in the equation has changed, except one. At L2 we have an exhaustive hiring process to ensure that our teams consist of the best and most experienced technicians. We then train those technicians in the processes and procedures specified under our FAA Repair Station and gained through our extensive experience in the field. The goal is to standardize and systematize as much as possible to take the guesswork out of installations with the end result of lowering installation times and associated costs for our customers.
