Extender Harnesses

During the course of our field operations, L2 often finds it necessary to create custom products that allow us to perform our jobs faster, more efficiently and more effectively. One example of this type of product is the Extender Cables that we manufacture.

Extender Cables are critical to troubleshooting and testing a system in a fully powered configuration as they allow for the remote handling of a piece of avionics equipment, primarily gyros, by connecting to the existing aircraft connector and extending the wiring for the unit.

Standard features for the L2 Extender Cables include:
 

• Fully populated connectors with complete pin-to-pin connectivity
• Mil-Spec, aircraft quality hardware, connectors, and wiring
• Aircraft quality craftsmanship in all aspects of manufacturing
• Support documentation package

All of our build-to-order products are manufactured under the same stringent standards applied to our FAA Certified Repair Station and Parts Manufacturing Approval facility. Although the quality of workmanship is as professional as any of the products we make for installation in your airframe, the extender cables are for ground use only.
